• PLAY-8 Add optional SBT_OPTS env var to the test environment

• PLAY-8 upgrade actual playCms version

  • add an util class for accessing to database as external resource and prevent threads/ems conflicts in fake application.
  • add guice injector test
  • add admin controller functional tests
  • add application integration tests
  • change some settings in persistence and application configs to prevent some unexpectable error in both of the app and the tests
